Peachtree Apartments in Norwich CT Rise Again

The Peachtree apartment complex was destroyed by a fire in 2008, leaving over one hundred people without a home. The property remained vacant for eleven years, but now father-and-son developers Darwin and Alex Gebbie of Bozrah, Connecticut are moving forward with a plan to rebuild.

Franklin Surveys created an Existing Conditions Plan of the entire 12-acre property, including Property/Boundary, Topographic, and Utility Surveying. We are now actively engaged in construction site layout and excited about the opportunity to help with the rebuilding efforts in our local community.
