For one of our recent projects, we had the pleasure of walking the grounds of a property on Station Road in Scotland. Station Road is located just to the northeast of the four corners of the towns of Windham, Scotland, Franklin and Sprague, not far from the Shetucket River.
The uniquely rural and truly pristine setting of the property prompted us to share this account of an otherwise typical property survey. A log cabin and multiple outbuildings are surrounded by land that has already been dedicated to the Connecticut State Forest, so the lot is destined to stay quiet and pristine in the future.
