Working alongside long-standing partner Sig Con Associates, LLC, Franklin Surveys provided comprehensive, end-to-end surveying services to bring this premier residential community to life.
Led by Franklin Surveys’ owner, Kevin Franklin, PLS, this project marks the latest chapter in a highly successful, multi-phase collaboration with Sig Con. Franklin Surveys has provided foundational surveying for a trio of neighboring developments—including Waterford Parc, Waterford Woods, and now Waterford Central—which feature several hundred luxury apartments, a clubhouse, a dog park, and a saltwater pool.

As a full-service, multidisciplinary general contracting and development firm, Sig Con Associates relies on trusted partners to keep projects on track. Serving as an on-call consultant throughout development, Franklin Surveys provided critical groundwork, including:

While Sig Con Associates enters the final leasing phase for Waterford Central, Franklin Surveys remains engaged on-site. The team recently completed a stake-out survey for a new parcel building designed to streamline mail and package logistics for residents.
The successful partnership in Waterford is set to continue, with both companies already collaborating on an exciting new redevelopment project at the former Waterford Airport site.
