Franklin Surveys Provides Surveying Services for the Ledyard Meadows Luxury Apartment Community
Nestled in a westerly facing hillside, slightly north of the Ledyard Center Four Corners, lies the budding Ledyard Meadows Luxury Apartment Community. Dating back to 2015, Franklin Surveys has been the project surveyor for this multi-family development that will soon feature dozens of units of high-end rental living. Project services that we’ve performed so far have included Property/Boundary Survey, Topographic Survey, Subdivision Mapping, Easement Plans, layout (staking) of proposed improvements, and Improvement Location (As-built) Surveys.
As of Spring of 2018, the first building of completed one- and two-bedroom units is available for lease with Buildings 2, 3, and 4 nearing completion.
This has been our first time working with Coit Excavation of Bozrah, CT. They are responsible for the site work on the project and it truly has been a pleasure to work alongside Jon Coit.
The Ledyard Meadows Luxury Apartment Community site design was by Brandon Handfield, PE of Yantic River Consultants, with structural design by Frank Marafioti, PE of KML Architects. The property is being managed by Pledge Property Management. Glad to have the chance to play our part!
