You can move your project forward
You’ll get a high-quality and professional survey and map that will allow you to move your project to its next phase, without worry.
Here are the steps we’ll follow to bring your project to the finish line:
Land Record Research – Prior to fieldwork, we’ll research relevant deeds, maps, and other documents of the property being surveyed, as well as the deeds for the properties that abut it (i.e. touch it). Research happens at the municipal level, in town halls. Learn more here.
Survey Site Recon – After reviewing the research records, the field crew will conduct an initial search of your site for boundary evidence. Learn more here.
Control Points – We’ll then use modern instruments to establish control points for measuring features of your site. Learn more here.
Field Measurements – Once control points have been established, we’ll measure the positions of existing site features. At minimum, we’ll measure buildings, structures, and pavement outlines, with additional observations depending on the goals of your project. Learn more here.
Importing Field Data – We’ll use modern surveying instruments to import data from the field into a digital environment. Learn more here.
Mapping Choices – When creating your project’s map, we’ll make the best choices to meet your specific needs. We are experts in preparing comprehensive property mapping with an extremely high level of detail. Learn more here.
High-Quality Maps that speak for themselves – At the end of your project, you’ll receive a high-quality map of your property that is highly detailed, yet easy for you to read and understand. Learn more here.
